Stacy Grossman represents clients in a variety of industries, with expertise in the areas of trademark, copyright, publishing and the Internet.
Stacy’s work includes the clearance, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks, the registration and enforcement of copyrights, and counseling clients in connection with intellectual property and related matters. Stacy also works on a wide variety of transactions regarding the creation, ownership and exploitation of brands and content. In addition, she is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and advises clients about privacy policies, website terms of use and the proper handling of private information.
Stacy is a member of the International Trademark Association, the Copyright Society and the New York City Bar Association. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Women’s Media Group.
