Emily Erstling represents clients across the firm’s practice areas, with an emphasis on representing clients in the theater industry, including non-profit and commercial producers. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Emily spent over three years as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, representing public, private and 501(c)(3) organizations, including performing arts clients and major New York cultural institutions, in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Before becoming an attorney, Emily worked in theater producing and management for Broadway, off-Broadway and international productions. Emily has been named by Super Lawyers to the New York Metro Rising Star List in Entertainment and Sports for 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
