Stuart W. Goldstein concentrates his practice on estate planning; estate, gift and income taxation; and the administration of trusts and estates. His practice also includes representing clients in purchasing, selling and leasing real estate and structuring commercial transactions, including buy-sell agreements, operating agreements and shareholder agreements. Stuart is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
