Jasmine M. Kaufman represents clients in the arts and entertainment industry, concentrating in the areas of book publishing and executive employment. She also frequently works in the firm’s other areas of practice, including its live stage entertainment practice. Before she joined the firm in 2015, Jasmine was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property transactions. Jasmine been has engaged with the arts community since her time in law school and college, during which she interned at Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, the N.Y. State Holocaust Claims Processing Office (Art Claims Division) and the Michael C. Carlos Museum, among other organizations. Jasmine was named to the 2019 New York Metro Rising Star List by Super Lawyers in Entertainment and Sports.
